Eligibility
All items must be returned within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, or other items for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items (clearly marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase)
Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@all.ae with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements above, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange. If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. If you choose a store credit or exchange, we will issue a credit to your account or send you the exchanged items, as applicable.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number for your own protection.
Exceptions
